D: roasted chicken; lc ice cream bar

Kind of a screwy day today!
B: Choco-cherry protein shake
Early lunch (very light) business meeting: Bacon, sausage, oven fries (oops) and fruit
Late lunch: BLT wrap (dumped part of the wrap) carrot, pickle
D: Roast beef, cabbage, zucchini
S: Yogurt & berries

breakfast was more corned beef hash, water, and supplements
Lunch : the last of the corned beef hash, 1/2 cup of yogurt with a few blueberries (1/4 cup) thrown in, cod liver oil
Dinner will be a frittata with mushrooms, bacon broccoli and tomato, more supplements and lots of water.
Snack: a protein shake at some point.

Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: South Beach Frozen Dinner
Snack: Peanuts/cheese
Dinner: We'll probably grab something on the way to the rodeo.
Yesterday's best laid plans were derailed when my son requested lasagna, so I just had a small piece and a tiny piece of his carrot cake. Total ecc for yesterday according to fitday was 81.

vivian where are you from on the way to a rodeo? Grab something full of protein and stay out of the cotton candy or all those other decadent carbs things!

We're in Houston going to see Alan Jackson perform at the rodeo tonight. Cotton candy doesn't tempt me, but keep me away from the popcorn. I'll probably end up with a hot dog and throw away most of the bun.

Billie, I knew even before I looked at Vivian's location that she HAD to be from Houston! The rodeo is a two week event down here. My office is just a mile from Reliant Arena where the rodeo is held and it is zoo trying to leave here in the afternoon.
Today's menu:
1 - protein shake
2 - veg beef soup and 2 oz ham
3 - oz cashews
4 - no clue yet

ok I am posting this at 1:13 a.m and technically it's Thursday the 16th but here's what I had today.
B. 2 - low carb ricotta pancakes slathered with butter and homemade blueberry syrup sweetened with stevia and one slice of melon, tea with milk and stevia (I use a small amount of honey too but now I am reconsidering it cause it may be adding up more than I think! eeks!) lemon water
L. actually breakfast was closer to lunch time so I didn't have lunch
S. chocolate Low carb protein shake made with half water and half double cream (man was it good!) two string cheese
D. A bowl of Double mushroom soup from PP book and hamburger patty (it was a left overs night) lemon water, white tea with stevia and honey
latenight S. one plum and about 7 walnuts, one string cheese and some cheddar cheese slices. white tea with stevia

B: atkins cappacino powdered shake in lc milk w/ benefiber, T. Kelloggs Extra Fiber Twigs Cereal
S: oz Gruyere cheese, two pickled okra spears
L: homemade pimento cheese on lettuce, 6 Dr.Kracker's wheat crackers(very tiny, 1 carb/each), tossed green salad w/ Italian dressing, sf jello
D: baked pork chop, 1 serving Dreamfield's linguine w/ cheese, sf Kozy Shack chocolate pudding w/ spritz of whipped topping(Land O'Lakes no sugar added)
s: 1/4c. Kelloggs Extra Fiber Cereal w/splash of cream
