"Release what needs to be free."
Meditations for Women

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]We have some caterpillars spawning into butterflies around here! How exciting! We have so many capabilities that our weight or health has covered up. Some of us, most of us, are not even aware of our infinite possibilities. We know we are good at something so we stay in the comfort zone, never pushing out of it. Being overwieght just makes that comfort zone easier to stay in. We don't have to get to brave or venture too far, you know I am carrying a few extra pounds so why would I take up exercise? Or I have high cholestrol so why should I do this or that?

Releasing what needs to be free---that is us! Each of us have such potential, let it go!

I will be away on business for a few days, Lorain Ohio is my destination this week, so I will be flying the friendly skies.

Have a great freedom filled day!

“Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us.”

“Winning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after a crushing defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday.”

Wilma Rudolph

Despite all my short-comings (self-induced or real) I need to get on with life. It's the only one I've been given . . . why am I wasting it in defeat?

Great attitude CM, it is our only one, we need to take the control and make it our best! Nice quotes as well!

Billie ,CM what a good quote and a good thought.
One of my sons(age 32) came in with his friends and showed them the art work on the wall before going downstairs to the pool table and he said... "This is my Moms mid life crisis!"
At 51 I could be depressed about aging or I could have fun and try somthing I have put off for far too long. Something productive .

Well, if this is your "mid-life", then I guess you'll reach over 100!!
