"You will never find time for anything. If you want time you must make it."
--Charles Buxton
No time for the gym? No time for breakfast? Not enough time to prepare some do ahead meals? What cook at home, I have no time?
Those are familiar time stealer excuses I certainly have used, how about you? With all the people and all the expertise here, how about sharing some of your tips that you use to find the time to do what you want and need to do.
One thing that helps me, and I really need to do it is put exercise into my calendar, schedule it right into my work day. That time needs to be sacred for me. I allow staff to flex their time, to run to a dental appointment or leave early for a hair cut, I need to make sure I schedule exercise time.
What other ways do you make time in your schedule?
I'm doing alot of flying next two days, catch you on Saturday, make it a great day, plan for it!
