"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"
And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart.
If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.
This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life;
Life will give you back everything you have given to it."

YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!"

Who are you? Lets have the echo call back, I am a loser! I am healthy! I am a beautiful! I am simply me!

Have a great day, you are all champions, believe it!

I realize that "I am a loser" can be considered in multiple ways. Hopefully, more along the lines of weight/fat loss, rather than failure!!

Something worthy to think about . . . thank you for finding all these daily thoughts.

Wow, what a great story! And it's so true. If we have negative feelings about something, they will reflect back on us. I had negative feelings about my health for a while after I lost my Dad, but now I'm back on track, and am thinking POSITIVELY about it! :)

I had a church council meeting last night and it went well. We have a new pastor, and it was our first meeting since he arrived.

I'm so excited-I'm test-driving a new (to me) car right now and will probably buy it. It's a 2006 Nissan Altima with about 19.000 miles on it. Oh, it's sooo purty! And it runs very smoothly with lots of pep. They tell me it gets good gas mileage too.

Life is good!:D

So true, so true, whether I'm standing in front of a mirror or talking to someone else! Thanks, Billie.
