Guys,

I had to drop out for a while because of deathS (more than one!!) in the family - I managed to maintain my weight during that time and now am looking to continue losing - is it OK to continue with phase 2 where I was before? How many carbs is that? Also, how many carbs in the next phase?

Welcome back, Angela. I'm sorry you've had such a hard time.

Where you start back really depends on how far you have to go to your goal. If you still have quite a way to go, intervention levels of 30-40g carb per day (no more than 10 per meal) would be the place to go back to. Billie's planning an October "Boot Camp" challenge, that will be just the thing to refresh your memory and get you back in the swing of things :).

It's good to see you again, Angela :). I am sorry about the losses you have suffered but find it to be very inspiring that you managed to maintain your weight during the grief process! I agree with Mitra that starting at intervention is probably best for now. I'm not sure but I believe the next phase (transition) is 45 - 55.
