Hi Y'all,
I suffered from hypoglycemia for years until I heard about Protein Power from a friend. On October 1, 2001, I said goodbye to low-fat, "healthy" eating and embarked on the protein power way of life. I found instant relief from my daily low blood sugar attacks and also experienced other unanticipated improvements: skin cleared up, digestion improved, etc. I was a regular on this board for a year or two, and then got busy with other things. I'm very happy with the health improvements and plan to continue with protein power for the rest of my life. I have also dabbled in the Primal Diet approach (raw meat and raw dairy).
I'll be moving to Asheville NC soon and was pleased to discover that the former clinic of Dr. Ron Rosedale (former partner with the Eades) is still there --under a new name, Asheville Integrative Medicine-- so I am looking forward to having a protein power family doctor soon!
Happy New Year everyone!
Martha
