Good morning, everyone!
I did 60 min on the elliptical.
Shadow! I have good news to report!:D Normally, when I work out, I try to keep my heart rate between 155 & 160. Today when I was on the elliptical, I noticed that my heart rate wasn't as high...yet I had increased the resistance level. So, just for giggles, I went back to the same resistance level and the same rpm at which I had started in mid-January (that is, after about 5 months of not working out due to the whole kidney thing). After 10 minutes, I checked my heart rate and it was about 25 bpm lower than what it was 2 months ago! I was shocked! My thought running through my head was, "Shadow will be so proud of me!"
