I started the week's exercise with a session of heavy duty yoga postures.

My plan is that I'll do 5 days of exercise, with hard ones on days 1,3 and 5, and lighter ones on days 2 and 4. (Shadow, does that sound reasonable?) I haven't decided whether to keep the middle one as Slow Burn, or to do all yoga, now I'm doing heavier resistance work on the yoga days. The yoga is similar to SB in that it's slow, with relatively low reps and emphasis on good form, but it doesn't work to the point of failure.

Sounds perfect, Janet :D!

I started my workout week with abs (using the stability ball), upper body (I did a pyramid routine today), and then I completed the workout with cardio.

Who's next :)?

I got out my bike, pumped it up and planned on an hour loop but 10 minutes into it, realized that it is still a little cool and teh bike path a little too wet.
I went back and rented The Jacket and did larger handweights, 2 sets of planks on each side, and 100 ab crunches to bring it to just under an hour.

I did three miles on the treadmill, ran for 2.25 speeds of 5.9 & 6.0!

I did 40 mins weights
40 mins cardio and
a 2 km walk
