Good morning, everyone! I hope sun is shining in your neck of the woods. As for Chicago, we finally have some sun today! :)

Today I did 50 min of elliptical then took an hour long Pilates class at the gym. There were some new movements as I'm used to doing Winsor Pilates on DVD. It'll just take some learning. Some of the movements I couldn't do because I didn't have enough strength but I figure I'll give myself some time. :D

Who else is M&S today?

Me, I'm moving a shaking.
This am: body flex aerobic/toning tape, upper body weights, abd/obli/core workout.
This afternoon, (weather permitting) hike in the park on my favorite trail.

I got in a brisk 30 minute walk, we decided no weights today to let our muscles heal cause right now they are telling us we did a good workout yesterday.

Billie - A break from the weights is most likely just what your body needs after yesterday :p!
