I started this morning with lunge/squats at home and then biked into work. My total will give me 70 minutes.
It is still quite cool here in the morning, hovering around the freezing mark and the tips of my fingers are still a little numb from the ride in.

Today was one of my lighter days. I still do the same amount of time, about half an hour, but lower intensity. This one was shoulderstand, together with the basic core/lower back maintenance stuff.

I did lower body till my legs shook. My legs are really feeling beter. The RSD pain in the right one will always be there, I'm told, but the feeling of having a basket ball for a calf every time I squat and the intense pain whenever I push up from a squat is not as bad lately. Makes me smile.
