Today was my final session for this week . My knee felt OK this morning, but I skipped the one-legged squats anyway, to give it a longer rest. I'll try them again next week and see how it goes.
Anyone else using it today?

I did a total body workout on the total gym using the slow burn method.

Today is biking to/from work and another trip this morning to get a prescription. At lunchtime it is a body sculpting class at work for a total of just over 2 hours.
Ottawa,Shak,Mitra, you all rock. One legged squats?? Ouch!
Today is cardio. I already fed all my freinds horses and other animals and kids. Cleaned stalls, and drove the kids to school. I'm now back at home getting ready for work. Breathing . I have to work out after work. A kink in my schedule.
I am so glad to have an empty nest. This has been fun but...

Lynn, I can't imagine you being impressed at what I do . Your workouts fill me with awe! And Randy's regularly clocking up an hour or two a day!
Anyway, I'm back here to report that I'm an idiot . I did my supermarket shop this morning, and picked a trolley with a sticky wheel. Instead of changing it for a different one, I dragged it round, and my back has spent the rest of the day protesting . How many times does it take before I learn that I need to look after it .

Janet - From one slow learner to another ;), you will eventually "get it". Hopefully sooner rather than later, though :p. Hang in there and be kind to it - and before you leave the house in the future, just ask us what you need to keep in mind before going ....

Lita, thank you for the support, but waiting for America to wake up would seriously delay the start of my day ;). I am a lot more careful these days, but every so often something comes along that I think I can get away with .... Oh well. I'm hopeful that a couple of rest days, with some back exercises scattered through the day will settle it down again.

Well, I suppose with advanced planning on your part, we could get your day covered :D.

Since I do the same thing, I don't know how much help I'd be anyway - but I will admit I am always better at giving advice than taking it so there is some hope I could remind you what not to do :p.

I hope so too!!!

Good point. Since I go to the supermarket every Thursday morning, I wouldn't need to wait until I was about to leave to clear it with you. But it's difficult to anticipate every possible hazard :(. I've had problems after a wonky trolley before, though, so I can add it to my list of things to watch out for. Those twisting, pulling things are much worse than just lifting or carrying where you can do it in a reasonably well-aligned way.

Well, I've battled my fair share of wonky trolleys too . And like you, I'm usually too stubborn to take it back and get a better working one :o. But they are very hard on the back when they tend to pull - especially once you have something heavy in the cart !
Mitra, You are consistant. You keep going whether you feel like it or not. You keep posting. You push yourself to become healthier. You are here every day. That says alot for your character. You DO rock.:)

I was sick Thurs, so I didn't do my full lower body TotalGym workout, but I did do some abdominal/core exercises.
