This past 2 weeks has been a real emotional rollercoaster, and I have CHOSEN to allow myself to get derailed...I have to be honest, right?
What's funny is that there are still things that DON'T tempt me...I haven't had any sugary soft drinks or ice cream...no potatoes (except the chipped variety)...mostly, it's been pizza...CURSE YOU, PIZZA MAN!!! The weird thing about pizza is that I can count on a 3-4 pound weight gain the day after I splurge/indulge in pizza...then after 2 or 3 days of on-plan eating, it's gone.

I checked "time constraints/busy schedule" when I probably should more correctly have checked "poor planning." Sure, there are days when I'm on the run, but there are also days when I don't plan my time very well and spend way too much time sitting at the computer...
Hey Aaron... if you indulge on something that's important to you, gain a little weight, and then lose it again, how is that different from "maintenance?" :p
