30 minutes of crunches/pushups/planks. The rest of the day is chores and entertaining visiting relatives.

40 minute treadmill intervals, Ab bootcamp. Maybe fiddle around more this afternoon. The house I am staying at has a gym above the garage with anything you can imagine(they do not use it)

Rest day today, so just an hour and a half of outside yard work plus a morning spent cleaning and cooking :).
