hi all--
several years ago, i ordered the protein power plan from tv, and lost about 35 lbs using the phase I book and the cookbook. i have moved a couple of times since then, and now that i've gained a few lbs back (yes, i am a hopeless pasta and bread addict), i am anxious to start back on the phase I plan, but cannot find those books. i do have the phase II and maintenance books, but really need the others. can anyone help?

Welcome, Leann :). I understand the lure of bread and pasta - they're much more of a temptation to me than sweet things.

If you can't find the book you're missing, you could get Protein Power or Protein Power Life Plan instead, or, if you just want a reminder of what to eat, there's the 30-Day Low-Carb Diet Solution. I saw some that could be what you're looking for when I did a search on "protein power" on Amazon. There might be some on ebay, too.
