Hi Everyone!

Was wondering where others get their cod liver oil from.

Glad to be here.

I don't do cod liver oil. I just get fish oil caplets from either Trader Joe's (I think they call it Essential Fatty Acids or Omega Fat something), or GNC (Fish Oil something or another, they have a whole line). I get caplets and dose it to get 3g of DHA &/or EPA per day.

I don't do cod liver oil either - I do fish oil for n-3 and take vit D supplements - and let the vit A fall where it may.

I use fish oil rather than cod liver, also, and Carlson's makes both with a lemony flavor. I get mine at a local health food store. :)

we do the carlson's lemon flavor cod liver oil. we always buy a case at a time--twelve 16 ounce bottles or so--and get it on line. we get it wherever it is the cheapest available when we are ready to buy. we do a search and find the best, cheapest source possible. it has been a different source everytime for the last 3 times.

We do much prefer the straight oil to the capsules. never, never a fishy taste or aftertaste and you always know immediately if the oil is starting to turn. I get a bad fishy taste with every capsule I ever tried, so am very happy with the oil.

Thanks Everyone for responding. I appreciate everything I'm learning from here and the warmness I read in everyone's posts. I was leaning towards Carlsons liquid but am not real familiar with all the internet supplement sites. I think I found the place to order from, and will hopefully do that tomorrow.

Thanks again.
