Good morning!
Billie, I hope it's okay that I started this thread this morning. This weekly thread helps keep me on track...especially with the feedback Tuesdays.
Here's my planned day...will edit if it changes.
B-LC bagel, LC shake
S-blackberries
L-steak & asparagus
S-soynuts
D-PP Fluffy Pancakes

Oh Lizi indeed it was, I ran out of time this morning and the the rains hit so I was all discombulated!
Here are mine:
Breakfast: Iced latte (BADBADBAD) :eek:
Lunch: kiwanis meeting, most probably mystery meat and side salad with fresh veggies--as it turned out, ham, 1/2 c +/- green beans and side salad with fresh bro, cauli and carrots
Dinner: Chicken in dill sauce, fresh asparagus, raspberry parfait

Good Monday to all......
Breakfast - 3 eggs and 2 1/2 pieces of bacon
tea
Lunch - chicken breast and a salad with bleu cheese dressing
snack - protein shake
Dinner - I don't know!!!:eek: Anyone want a guest for dinner this evening?? :D
I have to go to the grocery store........so, we'll see what comes up.

Breakfast: Chicken leg, 10 almonds - Rushed out the door this morning
Snack: Small Banana, Banana Whey Protein and some yogurt in a shake
Lunch: Tangerine, 2 protein cookies
Snack: Zucchini Muffin
Dinner: 2 chicken legs, 1 head romain, Wasabi Mayo, sliced chicken (made up in Romaine leaf sandwiches)
Total: 1871 cals
Fat: 101
Carbs: 61 -21=40 ECC
Fiber: 21
Protein: 198

Well, Billie I don't feel so bad now...
B: 6 sugarfree chocolate sugarwafer cookies; coffee/splenda/whipping cream
S: 1 square Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate
L: 3 slices havarti cheese/about 3 oz. ham
D: ???
I've got to get things back on track...at least my weight has been somewhat forgiving this week...only up a few pounds despite the trash I've eaten lately, especially the PIZZA!!!

Breakfast - scrambled eggs and bacon
Snack - pecans
Lunch - leftover chicken, a few olives, high fiber crisp bread
Dinner - will probably be a crab cake, salad, and some other veggie. Monday means I get off at 8 and dinner is wherever my DH cares to take me to dinner (or he has to cook). ;)

Dinner : turkey and breen beans

10:30 pm craving and going crazy.. went to the store and came back with this. garlic,onions, and mushrooms saute'd with ground sirlion browned and smothered in cheese with avacado slices on the side. I remember somewhere today a post that said alert..alert and I by passed all the carbs in the store. wheeew

I forgot all about it being Monitor Monday yesterday! Oops. Hope I'm not too late.
Breakfast:
Waaaay too much coffee and 2 pieces string cheese (I, too, was hurried and harried yesterday morning)
Lunch:
The last of the leftover chili
Dinner:
Rotisserie chicken and steamed broccoli (I passed on the mashed potatoes and gravy the rest of the family ate)
Not enough water, either. Life has been INSANE lately and I cannot WAIT for spring break!

also late late:
B blue berry muffin, hot tea, chocolate protein shake ( canned blech)
L: huge salad: romaine and spinach, jicama, tomatoes, black olices, artichoke hearts, cucumbers and 6 ounces grilled steak chopped up. blasamic vinagrette ( homemade with evoo)
D: very late and was a ricotta spinach pie--new recipe; delicious but not enough protein.
I needed to add something but was too lazy. also not very hungry due to sampling new chocolate recipe I was working on--so too many kcals today as well.
ah well-tomorrow is another day!
