I never would have figured out DANDR. What happened to just typing? I suppose I'm guilty, as well.

Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. In a way, the book that started LC for an awful lot of people. FWIW (for what it's worth), PP is a better book and a better plan (IMO... In my opinion).
