Alas, I am returning to PP. 8 years ago it worked wonders for me in controlling my Type 2 diabetics. So I begin again. I've got my books out and it should be easier this time. I've never been back to a full carb diet since before my diagnosis...it just feels too bad.

But I'm setting a few goals to start with this week

6 days a week on the dreadmill for at least an hour...speed does not matter

Add Resistance training on the ball thingy 3 days a week

Begin counting all carbs and looking up counts again

Start a food diary


Having the forum this time around will be a great help!

Welcome back, Ressy :). Did you ever post on the old board? I know that the board has been a great help to me. Not so much at the start, when it was all new, and the fact that I was losing weight was enough motivation, but over the years since then, when it's not so exciting, when it's just a question of keeping on keeping on, and when nobody else I know eats like this. It helps that there are lots of really nice people here :D.
