Magensium Supplement.... which is best?

Hi all,

I've been looking for a magnesium (chelated) supplement as per the PPLP book, and honestly it is overwhelming to select from the dozens of different ones at the health food store. Does anyone have any recommendations for brand that they like?

Gosh, Wendy, I never had that much of a choice. My health food store has Solegar. Period. It's magnesium citrate and it fits the parameters. I also buy magnesium citrate from Swanson Vitamins online. I found mag asparate once, but everything else I have found is either not chelated or mixed with calcium or something else. Even the bottle that said Chelated Magnesium, had only part chelated, so I didn't buy it. Read the labels!

This is the one that I like. It is a balanced magnesium supplement.
