Well,

After a week and a half of gaining (9.4 pounds) for inexplicable reasons, I got on the scale this morning and had lost 6.8 pounds since Wednesday. I wonder if my body just had to adjust to going from Low Carb/ Low fat to the healthier (and less hunger causing) PPLP. It's all water weight I guess and I fully anticipate being back down to my start weight before I started PPLP, very soon. Anyway, thanks everybody who encouraged me. I'm so glad that I stuck it out.

Love that... back on track. I keep saying it too, but then the track gets derailed. Good on you for sticking to the path.
