I had cottage cheese & blackcurrants for breakfast.
Tuna, anchovy, olives, herbs in a rolled oatcake (actually it was just folded in half, because there was too much filling to roll it!) for lunch.
Sausages and cabbage with pickled damsons and a glass of wine, then some yogurt with a date and flaked almonds for dinner.

What is a magic roll? I'm new here, so perhaps everyone else already knows.
Had lots of fish on Friday, not necessarily for religious reasons, but because we like it, and were home to cook it.

cmcole, "Magic Rolls" are one of the recipes from the Eadeses' Low Carb Comfort Foods cookbook. It may also have been included in their PBS TV cooking show "Low Carb CookwoRx." There's a link to the TV show site in the Getting Started forum "Important Links and Resources," and you could search the recipe list on the site.
