View Full Version : Movin & Shakin 4-15-06
I got my walk in (32 minutes, 2 miles) and some before and after stretching.
I'm very proud as this past week (Monday on) I've gotten 210 minutes of great exercise (Curves-165 minutes-3 visits and walking-50 minutes-2 walks).
I plan to walk tomorrow as well, then Monday is Curves again.
WOOHOO!!

I spent most of the day in the car it seems, but got to see my Chicago son, so although no exercise, lots of love.

I got in a mile of walking... doesn't sound like much, but I'm FEELIN' it today! 1/2 mile of a STEEP climb up, and a 1/2 mile of a STEEP slide down!!!

Alice - Way to go :D! What a great week you had!
Billie - A rest day is perfectly fine - especially since it was time well spent tending to Polly and seeing your son ;). Of course - I expect no slacking now for a couple of days :p!
Sherry - Yeah for you! Steep is good and it's probably just what you needed to 'kick it up a notch' :D!

I didn't get a chance to get on the computer over the weekend so here I am posting now.
Hubby & I went to the gym with the boys. We did an hour on the ellipticals while the boys were in the play area. I then did chin assists & dip assists. Then, as a family spent some time playing in the pool. :cool:
