I have not enjoyed my food as much as I have in the past few days in a long time. This has been great. It took me nearly two weeks to get back to doing like I used to do, and this now feels so natural. DUH, why does one ever stray? I've got a good bit of food prepared, so this week should be a good one.
Yesterday and today marked the time when it felt normal to just eat when and what was called for instead of wanting to eat all day. Amazing. Long time since I last experienced this, and I like it!

So far so good...
B: Protein shake cherry/cocoa
L: Spinach-stuffed chicken breast, carrots and side salad w/ 0-carb dressing (Glutino brand from the gluten-free display at the market, not frankenfood. Quite pleased to find that!) Some crumbs on the chicken, but I threw the accompanying rice away.
S: Sunflower seeds
D: Planned pork chops and green beans w/ berries in ricotta later

I spent much of today on the road/highway so it is a different menu for me than a regular Monday.
Breakfast: Cheese, Pate, nuts
Snack: 1/4 cup peanuts
Lunch: half chicken, dozen strawberries
Snack: 2 LC chocolate bars, 6 stalks celery
Dinner: Orangecicle Shake with half banana, tsp. cinnamon, Davinci, ice cubes and 1/2 cup yogurt
I'll be above 60 ECC and with foods I would normally choose differently.
