It's almost lunchtime on the left coast, and I'm first in? Well, OK then I'm first.

Down the hill. 15 mins briskly. Plan to go up the hill tonight, 20 more minutes. Total of 1.8 miles I believe.

Played hard this weekend, but that meant not much exercise. I did, however, redo my measurements and work out my protein requirements. And I did a LOT of cooking .... oh I'm headed over to one day at a time for all that. :cool:

Feeling good on a Monday, and hoping to spread some of the cheer around!

edit to add: walked 20 minutes in the sunshine at lunch. Had a great meeting with my boss. It's a good day! If I can get up the hill that puts me at almost a solid hour of walking today!

I did 20 minutes on the bike and my weight circuit this morning.

grovvin with some treadmill and some music today, Just about 3 miles. Will do resistance tomorrow, about 50 minutes

Billie - I can just picture you boogying on the treadmill :p! Can't wait to hear a great resistance report tomorrow!

Today turned into a planned day off, even though last night I planned for it to be a Curves night. I worked from home today and timing kept me from the facility. I'm really feeling all the exercise I got over the past week so decided today could be a rest day, exercise-wise. So, Curves tomorrow night, PROMISE, and looking forward to it!

Alice - It does sound like resting was a good idea :). And of course, we're gonna hold you to the promise ;)!
