Today was a total body workday so ....
20min Cardio on Treadmill workin it hard at 10% incline and 3mph
Total body workout for 45min with weights, bands and resistance machines.

I went in to work WAY early. Early meetings are icky.

Walked about 20 minutes at lunch, and about 20 home UP the hill lugging stuff. Yay me!

28th - Friday

Went to the gym - 20 minutes on the stair climber (first time on that piece of equipment) followed by some tough weight training. My arm/shoulder was hurting so it probably felt harder than it really should.

29th - Saturday

Walked around downtown
Came home and took the dogs to a nearby "pond" (lake?). Still some snow on the trail, but overall, not too bad. Because of the snow, we were able to take them off leash, knowing not too many people would be there (you're not really supposed to do so, and we don't in the summer). Ran most of the way, even through the snow. It was tough, and a harder workout than I might have imagined. It's probably a total of about four km that we travelled (more if you count slipping in the snow for every step it seemed like you were going at least half of one backwards).

We were supposed to start training tomorrow by running 30 minutes, easy. It's a 12 week (I think) preparation for the Tely-10 (10 miles, not km). However, I know I have to work, so we did that run today, just in case I don't get home in time - as it's overtime, I don't have any idea of the scheduling.

I did 30mn cardio (jogging & sprinting) along with push-ups & sit-ups. There's nothin' like good ol' push-ups & sit-ups!
