How is everyone today?

I did a bit of a circuit -- 10 minutes down to the 7 11 to get a money order, then 15-20 minutes UPHILL (ouch!) to go to the grocery store. Lots of movement in the grocery store but I never count it. 10 minutes home pushing a cart full of groceries. And yes, I took the grocery cart home. We do that all the time; t here's a guy who comes by and collects them and takes them back to the market.

It'll be strength trainng for me today. I don't want to overdo it on the cardio (even though that's my favorite!)

I'm going shopping later, so I'm gonna look for that kickboxing video I keep putting off buying...

Miralin - Yeah for you! How neat you can do that with the carts - seems like everyone wins that way :D!

LisaV - I'm the opposite having to force myself to give up the resistance and fit some cardio in :p. As for the video - I think you need to quit stalling and go for it!

As we were walking out the door yesterday to go to the IL's, we got a call not to come... Dad was too sick. Sooooo... we DID go climbing yesterday. Although I did not get on the rocks, I did get a 1/2 mile walk in getting to the climb area! I'll take it... :D

Sherry - Sorry about your FIL not feeling well :(!!!! But of course I was thrilled to hear you were able to move it yesterday after all ;)!
