60min of lots of sweaty cardio work and then my few core exercises.
Split my cardio time between 2 machines. I did sweat buckets and it felt sooooo good!

Sherry - I think considering the few amount of posters so far today, we both need to be cracking it :D!

Ally - Yeah for you!!! When is the big move?

I got 15 minutes in today, down the hill this morning. Ankle was letting me know uphill not such a hot idea.

Walked the dogs - 15 - 25 min (twice)
Walked at lunch - 15 min
Cardio at gym - 12 min (not usual, but had physio appt)

Physio - some exercises, then other treatments

Today will be different/better

Ally - But it's going to be worth it to have everyone together again, won't it? Not that I envy you moving - what a pain ;)!

Miralin - Way to go getting that walk in :)!

Cmcole - Variety is a great thing ;). Yeah for you!

Me too! I got in 30mn jogging w/ some sprinting & sweat like a maniac.

I'm so happy that my MPH is now a steady 4.8-5.1 (slow for most runners but fast for me) whereas last December when I restarted PP, I could barely keep it up to 4.5-4.7 mph comfortably.

It sounds like such a minute increase, but when you're running it feels like a world of difference. I also need to go online for my kickboxing video since my store didn't have them. I'm getting pumped again!!!:p

Wow, LisaV, that's fantastic :D!!!!

Not at all! And I can guarantee that's far faster than I'd ever go :p. 'Course, I guess I'd have to actually run to prove it - but just take my word for it, okay ;)?

Please do - because we're all waiting for a full report on them once you get them :D!
