Okay, I know the answer to this, but what I am looking for is a website that shows (preferably in pictures) how cholesterol/triglycerides are made out of carbs.

Does anyone have any good links? Even if not pictures or graphs, some rock solid evidence in writing. I want to put something together to show a friend who won't eat an avocado because of the fat.

Thanks

What a fun challenge. I googled "excess carbohydrate fat synthesis" for Google Images and got some good ones.

This is the best one; alas, it's for swine! but it works the same way as humans.
