from Linda's Low Carb Recipes is delicious! It's under the main courses, ground turkey section. I made it with the ginger bok choy that she recommends and then rice for my husband who's perfect health and weight-wise and has to eat constantly to maintain 165 on his 6'3'' frame. I, ofcourse, did not have the rice, but didn't miss it with the bok choy and lettuce wraps. I get to have leftovers for lunch today! Victoria
