Blood pressure drop

About five weeks ago my doctor wanted to add a fourth blood pressure medication. Instead I restarted PP and today I down to just one medicine. Yes, I have lost nearly 30 pounds, but I am more excited about my blood pressure readings. I can't think of any GOOD reason to not eat this way.

Wow! That sure was a quick result! I'm glad for you, hippyroo. :) I can't think of a good reason NOT to eat this way, either.
