Lean Protein?

im trying to get more lean and i want to buy some lean protein powder but i dont know what works and what doesnt...can you guys help me out and let me know what is the best lean protien powder?

I found Zero Carb Isopure protein powder at GNC. For two scoops, it has 50 grams of protein,1 g of total fat, and 0g carbs. I use one scoop with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for my protein shake along with flavorings(1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia) water, and ice cubes for a total of 6 carbs and 38 protein. It tastes wonderful.:thumbsup:

Zero-carb Isopure is great stuff, IMHO, but I add cream to my shake. I need the fat to feel satiated. I don't have time right now to go on, but read some of Dr. Eades take on fat. It's an important part of our diet. :)
