Here we are at the end of another month ! How did you do this month? Did you stick to your goals? Are you tired of the same old and needing to shake things up a bit?

I hope you all take a few moments and look long and hard at your exercise and your performance. Where you've done well, congratulate yourself! Where you need to pick up the slack, get to it!

So not only do I want to hear from all of you with an end month report on June and how you did ;), I'm also expecting to hear some plans for July and what you're going to do to get the most benefit out of your M&S .

There have been several MIAs lately so come one come all - because the Shadow is soon going to be on the rampage tracking you all down if you don't report in for duty !

Speaking of reporting, here is my lineup for the week:
Sunday - Chest, triceps, abs, PT exercises (for legs), bike ride
Monday - PT exercises, bike ride
Tuesday - Back, biceps, abs, PT exercises
Weds - PT exercises, bike ride
Thurs - Upper body, PT exercises, bike ride

Hi! I was consistent for the month, but I'm facing a week of car travel. My only hope will be that we'll take lots of walks! I'm also thinking of bodyweight floor exercises, but I don't think I'd like to do it on a motel floor.

I hope I can give you a good report in a few days. :)

p.s. editing to say that I walked for 25 minutes on the bike path tonight. :D

Hi, my June exercises was slightly skewed due to the trailride and then back problems so I would have to say no goals were attained.

Today is water aerobics again. I am meeting my dd in a little while so can't spend much time here .

No exercise yesterday.

Unfortunately, physical ailments set us back from time to time. The important thing is to pick up and carry on as soon as you can ;).

Have a great time :D!

I played with kids all weekend...not something I normally do.
Does that count? It was too hot to play outside, but we played a lot of "lego's" and "you can't get me".

I'm back, I walked a lot. Cruise ships and new cities are like that.. I maintained, which was my unspoken goal. Gave up coffee those 10 days, not my goal..but spoiled by great coffee, I couldn't drink stuff that wasn't great:o and elected to stay out of the special coffee place, not a life choice just a choice for the time.

Back to moving and shaking. We did a walking trip, everyday. sometimes just 2 hrs; 3 other days, all day, with short breaks. It felt a little like the benefit walks I've participated in in my past.

I've got to work a plan that will really keep me moving like that. Sadly, like many others, that pesky desk job gets in the way. Goal for this month, trial at a gym that has a pool and trainers available.:)

You guys are great:D My husband ran ahead shouting...she hasn't had coffee in x days....
If I were better I would insert a link; coffeefool.com. I don't go for flavored coffee but all of the regular coffees have been great and the customer service is 2nd to none.

To be sure, there was a Starbucks on every corner but I just decided to give it a whirl. I was happy to get back to my grinder, beans and coffee maker.:)

Upper body workout for me today. I sure am glad I got those resistance bands. I never would have been able to work all of the muscle groups as well as without them.

I didn't make it to the gym to start the trial b/c i didn't get back to my county early enough. Tomorrow looks promising, I may have over committed today.

I'm five hours ahead of the East Coast. That's barely enough to match your early hours! We probably get up at the same time . Well, maybe I sneak in first, but I think you get in first with the exercise, because I generally do that just before lunch.

I am awfully sorry: I've gone to Jerusalem without a word... But the worst thing is that I forgot to take my dvds with me and I do virtually nothing:eek::o.. And Israeli food is so good that I can feel these pounds coming back to me.

Well, I do get up earlier than 11:30, so I'm ahead there, but I often start my exercise somewhere between 11 and 12, so about the same time! We can be exercise partners :D. Sometimes I do it in the afternoon, but I prefer late morning, when I've been up long enough to be awake, but not long enough to be tired :).

Guess I'll report I got my 5 days in yesterday and then today I got the weekly shopping done, did my PT exercises and took a short walk - as briskly as this lower body would let me go, then walked to work. This afternoon I will walk home and then do the mowing.

I'm happy to say I walked a lot this week, but there were no pushups on the motel floor. I haven't had a yoga mat for years, but I can see the wisdom of keeping one in the house!

One thing I noticed was I had no trouble climbing hillsides or stairs! A tribute to the gymwork, I'm sure! Today, I'm suffering from sitting so much in the car. We drove 1,500 miles. My chiro is away until Tuesday, so I'm going to get to the gym later today and try to exercise it out. Right now, I have to prepare for the next-door neighbor's cookout. Rats!

HI, y'all,
Been mia due to school, allergies kept me down for a few days, but otherwise, I have been exercising, so I need to start posting don't I?

Yesterday, body flex, callanetics for 30 minutes, 35 min walk.

Today, exercise it will be body flex tape, 30 minutes of Callanetics and continue on with 15 minutes or however long I can go on my mini-trampoline.

Have a great Sunday, all.

So sorry you've been having allergy problems :(. Hope you're better now! As for school, how much longer do you have? Are you going for your masters? I'm trying to think since it seems you've had school for a long time - sorry I don't remember the details :o!
... but otherwise, I have been exercising, so I need to start posting don't I?
