Anyone else following PP have "elevated" serum b12 levels? Is this dangerous? The lab range is 200-1100. Mine came in at a whopping 1423. Thoughts?

No worries. You're fine.

Paleowoman, have you asked your physician? I would guess if he thought they were fine, it is fine. I think it is more worrisome if the value would be low, but heck I am not a doctor here so I would always go to the source.
Good Luck, let us know!

Therapeutic / orthomolecular levels are in the 2000 range. Your 1423 is a nice healthy level.

according to Dr. Bernstein's approach ( using B12 injections) for weight loss the ^ B12 would give you more energy!!! I couldn't find anywhere that gave toxic symptoms ......(your levels are fine !!!!)
