Breakfast:

Omelet:
3 eggs,
1 oz cream cheese
1 cup spinach
1 tbs butter to cook in
16 oz. coffee

snack: 1 oz. macadamia nuts

Lunch:

5 oz. chicken thighs
2T mayo
1 cup lettuce
1 cup cucumber
1/2 cup tomato
2T Blue Cheese Dressing

snack: 1 Lemon Poppy Flax Muffin

Dinner:

5 oz pork rib
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup broccoli
1T butter
1 oz natural cheddar cheese melted in veggies


I'm in intervention right now. This met my minimum protein and is below my max ECC in a day.

How does this menu look? Should I tweak it in anyway?

That looks good at a first glance. Over time you may find you adjust the quantities up or down depending on your hunger/weight loss/energy, but that looks like a good place to start.
