View Full Version : Vegan Protien Help Needed

Hey, Im new here..

I stayed away from Meat/Dairy and Whey protein, But I find it hard to follow food combining, with Pea, Hemp, tri-part proteins.

Also maybe come one can help me with some shake idea, because im not sure if im putting right stuff/too much stuff into my shakes.

I use lechtin, Brewers Yeast, Flax seeds, Hemp seeds, raw coco chips(superfood), Gogi berries, Maca, L-carnatine...

For my proteins, I use, Spiriteen, Hemp, Pea, And I also have a Complete protein/superfood, but I use that seperatly.

My diet consists of Salads, Vegtables, Sprouts, Tofu, Tempeh, Whole Grain-Sprouted complete protein bread.

If anyone wants to give me some advice, that would be good

You should check out the "Protein Power Vegetarian" section under "Protein Power Living." I believe you will find some useful information there.

Andy, if you can, try to find "The Protein-Powered Vegetarian" by Bo Sebastian (they should have it on Amazon.)
It's not completely vegan, but it does have many vegan-focused protein suggestions. It's one of the first books I recommend to newly-low-carb vegetarians.
