Yes, I'm at work.
I went out to get a paper at lunch time and nearly got blown away, but after the doctor's appointment and dog walking, I'll probably go to the gym this afternoon/evening
Well, the dr decided that he needed to hurt my arm to prove that it was indeed hurt - and I had been feeling not too bad lately. Still hurts today - hate that.
So, no gym.
However, took dogs and walked for nearly an hour (say, 5 km or so). Ached last evening, because I started the walk with a cramp in my calf, and the dogs don't let us just saunter - it's nearly a slow jog when we take them out anywhere - faster if we're on a trail.

Oh! Well! Then, maybe... ;)
Hopefully, gym time will happen... as it definitely helps with the stress of work, huh!

20 minutes up the hill, as usual
Someday soon I think I need to add to this. If I can just get caught up on sleep, etc. Maybe this long weekend I can get readjusted. I had a pretty awful last week for taking care of myself, and I'm paying for it this week!
