Hi All,

I've decided to go on this 30 day lc solution - I'm calling it the 30 day meltdown! I've read the book and working on putting together a shopping list (spread sheet)for the first 14 days. Has anyone done this yet or have an easier idea?

Several people here discovered these forums because of the '30-Day Low Carb Diet Solution' book. While I can't direct you to a specific shopping list, these things in the forum may be able to help you - and please, drop into the Challenge threads for menu and exercise input and support.

This Meal Planner Worksheet (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=518) will help you create a paper journal to track your meals and progress, if you prefer paper to the online tools like Fitday (www.fitday.com).

In The Protein Power Kitchen forums, we lead off with a Basic Low Carb Shopping List (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57), which helps regardless of which book you're using.

You'll also see as a sticky post in that forum: Links to Online Cookbooks & Recipe Analysis software (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20) and the forum Recipe Index (http://www.proteinpower.com/forum/showthread.php?t=357). Both should help you use low carb foods to provide interesting and varied menus.
