I have noticed that any time I have lots of milk and sugar I find myself clearing my throat constantly, has any one else here noticed this about your own body? When I quit the milk and sugar it goes away.

Hi, Cheryl. I took a look at some of your previous posts before answering this and wanted to suggest that you might consider re-reading or picking up a new copy of Protein Power LifePlan. Your current two questions would both be answered with a quick refresher re-read.
I don't have mucus build-up issues when I have dairy, and I don't eat 'a lot of sugar' since it's inconsistent with the plan - so no, can't say that I've noticed that issue in my own body. If you are noticing it after drinking milk, you could be sensitive to dairy -- try eliminating it. As for sugar, you know you need to eliminate that as much as possible, so 'nuff said.
Winter squash, like any other food, is 'okay' on PP in carb-appropriate serving sizes as long as you're not sensitive or allergic to it. To determine a carb-appropriate serving size, you might want to check www.fitday.com or www.nutritiondata.com
