If your determination is fixed, I do not counsel you to despair. Few things are impossible to diligence and skill. Great works are performed not by strength, but perseverance. Samuel Johnson
Good morning! Are you ready for Halloween? Will it be an issue to avoid the candy at home or in the workplace?
Breakfast was a protein shake. Lunch will be deli beef rollups again. Dinner will be a spinach salad.
Have a great day! :)

I'm positive the treats won't be a problem. There has been a big bowl of assorted minature candy bars on our dining room table. The first day it was tempting. I fought the temptation and won. Tonight the little ghosts and goblins will make their rounds. Whatever treats that remain will be bagged up and given to our granddaughters. All is under control.
Had another good day yesterday. Eating was right. Water was borderline but I feel it was within my requirements.
Daughter called last night. She is expecting her fifth child. After four daughters, according to sonagram...IT'S A BOY!! Levi Willam he will be dubbed.
My brother is being released from the hospital later today. His doctor will follow-up with him as an outpatient.

I've got the November Challenge up for anyone who is ready for another go at it. We'll start on November 2, since the first is on a Sunday and there is very little traffic most weekends.

I'm not afraid of Halloween either actually. If I really crave some choc. I just grab a couple of pieces of chocoperfection. What I miss this time of year is pumpkin pie. :o

Mee too, Jilly! There are ways of making lc pumpkin custard, but I haven't resorted to it yet. Crushed pecans or walnuts for the crust!

The cauliflower breadsticks are just the cauliflower pizza crust recipe with cheese on top. Broiler makes the cheese come out looking perfect.
A little LC tomato sauce for dipping. Heaven.
