Good morning! Don't forget the importance of hydration. Are you drinking enough water?

Breakfast is an almond milk shake with nutmeg and an egg. Lunch will be pork sausage that I prepared last night. Dinner will be the second chicken that I roasted last week and put in the freezer. What a good idea! :)

What are you planning for today?

I didn't get back to post last night as we had a power outage :(

Breakfast today: hard boiled eggs w/ bacon
Lunch: Tuna
Snack, if any, probably leftover steak
Dinner: either leftover chili or salmon patties.

During the week I definitely get enough water as I have a 64oz jug that goes with me to work, not including all that I drink at home and w/ meals. Weekends I have to work at it a bit more, I tend to get distracted and forget to drink.

Soggy enough around here lately that I may be getting hydrated from the outside ;)

Morning all.
I am a very hydrated person. I don't drink a whole lot of water, but I am constantly drinking tea.

My meals are planned. I've started my exercise today with yoga and The Red, and tonight I volunteer at Feline Rescue so that is always a workout. I clean cages, sweep/mop, scoop litter. All stand up, kneel, reach, etc...it's a workout.

8am 2hb eggs, brat wrap
11:30am lc goulash, 1 med cuke
2:30p 30 almonds, lightNfit yogurt
5:30pm 2 dbl cheeseburgers, 1/2 of one of the buns

My kitty is having surgery today...he has cavities in his canine teeth and so we are having them removed.
I'm worried about him. He's 10, so middle age, and probably going to be fine...but this is as close as I'm going to get to a child having surgery.
And I hate it.

But I will NOT eat over it.

Hi, all you squishy people! :) I drove to work through a frosted world this morning. Winter's not far off, I'm afraid.

I have a 30oz container of iced herb tea in front of me. I wrapped my pork sausage in a flatout with a little mayo and mustard. Delicious!

I am often a little short on water but working to improve it.

So far today 12 oz trout, green peas, a few dates. I am on the down side of this flu but it is still tender when I cough. Almost no activity, not very hungry and dropped another pound.

Between the tea and water I consume all day my teeth are usually floating pretty good. :) My problem is night time, I've had a kind of low level congestion going on for a couple of months now so I breath through my mouth most of the night. It's makes for a lot of dry mouth and often getting water in the middle of the night. :( I've never had this before. Maybe I should look into it......

B & L: usual
D: roast beef and salad, lftvr spaghetti squash

O.K. fessing up: I need to be better with the water. I got into the habit of restricting my water some years ago because it was difficult to take a bathroom break. (I know, stupid reason, but there you go...)

I go through spurts where I am really good about the water and then, for no reason, I just stop thinking about it. Well, guess it's time to be diligent. Thanks for the reminder!

Breakfast was bacon and eggs, lunch was meat week chili and dinner was a cheeseburger, no bun, lots of lettuce and avocado.

Off to drink some water!

Hope your kitty comes through with flying colors, Amy. I've always worried about my fuzzy babies too!

Amy hope your kitty is ok.

My day didn't go as planned but I didn't go 'off plan" in the traditional sense. My snack ended up being a shake and then I wasn't hungry for dinner so had nothing. So bacon/eggs, tuna, shake.

I'm really feeling like I'm force feeding myself on this part of the program, especially after 2 weeks of shakes. Will see how it goes.

I ate as planned with the addition of a serving of 1 minute chocolate cake. I was really craving a sweet treat. :o Carbs were still under 30 though.

I shouldn't need to cook anything tomorrow, lots of leftovers. :)
