Good morning! Ready to start a new week? Have you been on course? If you feel a little wobbly, posting your food can give you added strength. Today's the day to share your small successes, no matter how small, which also helps us all stay focused. :)
Breakfast will be a protein shake. Lunch will be tuna salad. Dinner will be beef and vegetables in some form.
Sunshine. Beautiful sunshine. Gotta get outside and play.

I got my exercise in this morning but it was not smooth going. My pain level has been gradually increasing the last days making it difficult to work out. Nerve pain sucks.
Foods right on track.
Breakfast- 2 whole eggs, 4 whites, 3 Esskay turkey bacon, 70gms blackberries, 2c green tea
43gms protein, 11gms carbs.
Lunch- 5oz grilled burger, 1oz cheddar cheese, freezer slaw, 2c green tea.
42gms protein, 6gms carbs.
Supper- 6oz Cajun spiced orange-roughy fillet; tomato basil salad (1 med(5.2oz) tomato, 1/8c chopped onion, 4 thinly sliced basil leaves) dressed w/evoo & taragon vinegar; 1/2 med grilled peach, 2c green tea
40gms protein, 8gms carbs.
Bad weekend...but I'm on track again.
No time, but will put my fitday counts:
Pro: 129.5
Ecc: 40.8
Fat: 72.2
Cal: 1433
Low fat today?? Oh well, no time to research.
HATE being this busy!

Hey, Monty, congrats on fitting into the old pants. Don't you just love it !!
I have a rainy day here today and supposedly for the next few days it will be more of the same. Sooo all you folks with sunshine enjoy it for me too.
I have my exercise all done and over with for the day--well the deliberate exercise anyway. Now any extra house work or trips up and down the basement steps will all be gravy. (Low carb of course)
Hey Karole...We have sunshine but it's 25 degrees....does that count?
Okay, that was this morning, it's now up to 44 now.

I'll ALWAYS go for sunshine over warm air.
Way to go, Monty!
Bill, with the nerve pain, can you get into a position where it isn't as much of an issue?

Carol I've found that positioning doesn't really make any difference. When I was in my twenties I received crushing type injuries while serving in the army. I received a lot of nerve damage. I take 3 meds to help manage the pain. Neurotin, naproxyn sodium and vicadin. These meds help to keep the pain at a manageable level most of the time. I just try to deal with and do what I can.

Looks like Buddy wins! Sunshine (well, not so much after 6pm) and our low tonight will be 60 ;) Shall we do a loop in your honor?

No sun for me today. Not really very warm, either, but it's going to be 60 by the weekend. Just too weird! NOT complaining, though! Maybe snow by Thanksgiving. :( I have new tires on my 4WD. I'm good to go. :)
Randy, I'm glad you're feeling better, but do take it easy! You don't want a relapse.
I went to the gym tonight and did half of everything at lighter resistance. It felt really good to be there again.
Chicken soup for dinner. It had some starchy vegetables in it, but no way to count the carbs. I'll just assume I'm high today.

We've had so much rain here that a few of our major roads were closed for several hours today due to flooding. Detours and traffic were a nightmare, fortunately I was able to stay out of it. I couldn't stay out of the rain, however, so I was pretty wet by 8 am in spite of my rain gear. :(
I had my usual workday breakfast and lunch and dinner was flank steak with caesar salad. For a treat I'm having hot chocolate made with choc almond breeze and Da Vinci choc syrup. Tastes just like the real thing, only 2ecc. :D

Evenin' all.
Food today was : Shake, tuna w/ a side of baby carrots, shake, 2 cheeseburger patties.
Small success to report... I had to take the hook extender off my bra and could actually still breathe ;)
