Good morning! Is your menu planned for today? How about a contingency plan for when life gets in the way?

I finally made it to the grocery store yesterday and I am all stocked up again. It was getting shaky for a while! Breakfast is a protein shake. Lunch will be the rest of my tuna on a bed of baby greens. Dinner will be beef and vegetables.

Yesterday the guys grilled pork chops for lunch and didn't save me any! :jawDrop:

Yep plans in place. In fact plans in place for the rest of the week except Tday. Still working on that one.

I didn't sleep much, pain kept me up. Three days now.

No exercise today and I'm taking advantage. I'm just going to relax and try to get this pain under control. Breaking out the heating pad, though I have to be careful with it. Because of the type of nerve damage I have. I have burnt myself with a heating in the past.

Well at least my eatings going the it should.

Breakfast- 1/2c cottage cheese, 7 breakfast sausage links, 47gms strawberries. 2c green tea.
40gms protein, 9gms carbs

Lunch- 2 roast beef rollups; 4ozs deli roast beef, 2ozs deli swiss cheese, 2 red leaf lettuce leafs, 1T chipotle mayonnaise, 1 med peach(3-1/2ozs), 2c green tea
42gms protein, 9gms carbs.

Supper- Baked orange-roughy fillet; 1/2c green beans; 1/2 med peach, 2c green tea.
42gms protein, 9gms carbs.

Today should be 3 shakes and tuna. I have taxi duty this afternoon and am desperate to get to the grocery store as well. Should be a very busy day for me.

The days food is planned and lots extra with me for lunch in case work goes really late. Still raining.

I am just playing the "I don't care" card! And my deck seems to be so FULL of them!!
ARGH!!

I have a plan today, but I had one yesterday as well :rolleyes:.
I followed my plan yesterday...to a TEE...until supper when the muffins appeared....:mad:

Anyway, I have a plan today.
8am 2hb eggs, brat wrap
11:30a lc lasagna, celery
3:00p lightNfit yogurt, 2turkey stix
6:30p roasted chix with tikki masala sauce

I don't have time to record all the counts of this meal since I'd have to input a couple items, but I know my supper is 10ecc and that puts my total ecc at 41 and my protein around 126

It's too far Ammy. ;-)

Had 3 meals today with Yogurt in 2 of them to help build up bacteria. Under 1500 cals most days with carbs a little higher than normal due to choices based on what feels "least distressing" to eat.
Finished Tamiflu today and have 2 days left on Antibiotics. Down another pound and muscle aches are gone as well as the heavy coughing.

Home at last! :) Good thing I took a really big lunch, I ate all of it. :p
No need to have dinner after that. I had a little proscuitto and cheese snack. Have another big lunch packed for tomorrow. :rolleyes:

Randy, glad to hear you're over the muscle aches, that has to be the worst thing about having flu.

Amy I'm sending mental kicking vibes... you should feel something by morning. :lol: Remember, tomorrow's another day, just get on with it.

Ammy, inquiring minds want to know--- how did those muffins happen to appear....an evil fairy .... in a magic trick..... spontanious corruption ???? Just how did they get onto your table...hmmm.:confused::confused:

I refuse to come all the way to Minnesota to kick your butt cuz you would have to return the favor---- I ate out yesterday at a chinese restaurant and had not one --but three crab rangoons. Yep, you'd have to give me a big swift one !:cry::cry:

Wow Karole...you were able to stop at THREE??

I can NEVER stop at three...those crab ragoons were created by an evil entity!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them....


And the muffins...well, they must have JUMPED into my shopping basket and hid behind the can of tomatoes...I can't even remember paying for them...I must have blacked out. :o

There is carb evil about...I'm telling you the truth! BEWARE of the EVIL CARB MONSTER!!
