Good morning! What's your plan for today? Don't forget the backup plan, because it can save you a lot of stress when life derails you. Make sure there's plenty of water, too, in one form or another.

I've been letting my coffee level creep up at work. I don't know why I act like it's going to help me cope. It ends up being just the opposite, and then I'm low on the good stuff like my herbal iced tea.

Breakfast is a strawberry shake. Lunch will be leftover soup. Dinner will be a cheeseburger and fresh broccoli.

Hi Carol and Bill and all to come....we have the wonderful sun with us again !! It looks sooooo good out there !! Just raises your spirits to see it after several days of rain and drizzle. Now, hope it stays with us for a while.

We are going to have family in for Thanksgiving....don't know exactly how many yet, but usually it is several so my week will be spent getting the house in tip top shape. I have let some things slide a bit as I was working on my quilt top several hours each day. I will sew the last row of blocks on this morning and then put it away to finish after Thanksgiving is over and done.

I am pretty planless today except for the heavy duty house work but will of course be eating low carb...it's about all we have around here. My dh is soooo good about eating the foods I do. He will have toast or bread and some milk but otherwise eats the same as I do. I'm lucky I know.

Have a great day everyone enjoy the sun if you have it too.

I can see hunting gear anywhere I look in my house! Luckily, we're going to Mom's for Thanksgiving dinner! :paranoid:

Half the battle is continuing to show up...right????? :oYou're right, Amy! "Bring the body and the mind will follow." I know I know, this is sort of the other way 'round, but it's the same principle. How about "Act as if."? :)

Good one, Monty, and that brings to mind another joke, but I can't remember the punch line! Humor is always welcome.

Almost back to normal but I get a nap in most days. I usually eat twice a day now to go along with the antibiotics. With Fitday I am averaging under 1200/day for the past week and much of that in the form of Yogurt, Whey Protein and fruit. Carbs are up a bit and I will be back on track for Monday.

Almost back to normal but I get a nap in most days.Did you go back to work today? I can totally relate to the nap! I'm back to the gym, but not up to speed. The Geezer was hit by another virus since his immune system was already compromised. Keep the handwashing habit!

Does getting soaked the last three days at work count? Another long one, I just got home, last night I was in bed before now... Anyway no problem with food, just haven't been able to get to the gym at all, not enough hours in the day.

I envy your sunshine Karole!

Ammy don't ever give up. Keep hammering away. Even the hardest rock will crumble if you pound it enough. Persistance pays!!!

The only thing good about yesterday is that I was so busy I only had three meals....no time for snacking, or even THINKING about snacking.
And my LUNCH was VERY low carb.

One meal on plan...better than NO meals.
