Good morning! You who are observing Thanksgiving tomorrow, are you home today or are you on your way somewhere? Traveling can be tricky with respect to low carb. Hope you are successful! :)

I was very happy to click off my alarm this morning, usually my Friday ritual. I won't need it for FOUR days! :D I'm headed for work, but in jeans and a sweater because there will be no students or teachers. Love it!

Breakfast is a strawberry/almond shake. Lunch will be tuna wrap. Dinner will likely be roast beef again.

Are you cooking today?

Usual shaaaaaake this morning. Absolutely nothing planned for L and D. I'm sure numbers will be similar to yesterday (protein= 133, ecc=23).
Next post Fri with what I think will be decent boring numbers.

Good ones, Bill! Especially the Prozac turkey. I can see some applications...

Hi Randy and Mikki and Monty!

Quiet (relatively) day at work. Only six of us in the building, not counting the maintenance crew. I'm hoping to be organized by the time I leave today. ;)
