Do You Want A January Challenge?

Usually we go Back to Basics in January. Does that work for you? What are you ready for? Basics plus another component? It's time we started thinking about it.

I think we have an influx of newbies, or re-newbies in January, so I think the basics is the best challenge.

I'm not sure I'm going to commit to the challenge, but I too believe the basics is the one to go with. Or perhaps basics plus one for those who have been doing the challenges for a while. I'm up 5 lbs. from holiday treats, so will need to get back to serious PP maintenaince, so just might join the challenge. I'll let you know tomorrow! :)
