Good morning! Let there be Wackiness!

It's time to start thinking about a January Challenge. I set up a sticky in this section to collect ideas and suggestions. Please visit it and give me your thoughts.

Breakfast will be a protein shake. Lunch will be corned beef and carrots. Dinner will be chicken/sausage casserole.

Morning all.
Two more days of work...then another long weekend. I'm looking forward to it.
I was off work yesterday to help GF with an Dr appt where she needed a driver, so I had a short break. But the day was so full it didn't feel like a break.

8am brat, 3hb eggs, 1oz cheese
11:30am 9 meatballs, caesar salad
5pm dbl burger, lc bread (maybe)
6:30pm lc pumpkin pie

Pro: 125.8
Ecc: 32
Fat: 145.2
Cal: 1917

I hope to get in another recumbent bike ride tonight.

I'd guess Max the dog is doing very well. All that resistance and cardio! ;)

Busy floating day, just now had a minute to post.

Internet is on the blink at home, got to have another chat with AT &T tonight when I get home.

Menu:
B-whey protein shake in hood milk, coffee, sf os cranberry juice
L-atkins shake, clementine
S-kroger LC yogurt
S-party at work: cheese, insides of deli stuffed "taco".
D- leftover ham one more time, beets, green salad, sf dark choc mousse.

Hi everybody

I need to try to get in here earlier. I've just been so busy with my grandkids while they're off for holliday season. They came today early and brought their Wii game. I'm having a ball just watching them play.
No exercise today.

Wednesday 12/30/09

Breakfast- Cheesy Spinach Omelet(1T olive oil; 1/8 onion, diced; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1c/21gms spinach; 2 slices turkey bacon(I use Esskay's), diced; 4 eggs, beaten; 1oz cream cheese, small dice, 2c green tea
40gms protein, 6gms carbs.

Lunch- 6oz grilled chicken; 1c steamed buttered broccoli, 2c green tea.
45gms protein, 7gms carbs.

Supper- Baked orange-roughy fillet; 1/2c wax beans; 1/2 med peach, 2c green tea.
42gms protein, 9gms carbs.

Bill, I know how it is. It's so easy to get off schedule. You're eating well, though!

I worked on a spreadsheet for much of the day. Made a trip to the chiro, the gym and spent an hour at my sister's. First time we've been alone enough to have a good talk in weeks!

My meals turned out to be way different than planned. Breakfast became brunch, with a mexican egg scramble (chorizo, onions, peppers, cilantro, garlic and cheese) in a lc flatout wrap. Wow. For supper I had a strawberry protein shake and some pate dipped with celery sticks. Weird, I know. I think I'm set for the rest of the night.

Get ready for a "Back to Basics" January Challenge. ;)
