It seems that we don't always post the daily menu section and the PMs I have gotten recently kind of indicate people have interest in that, so I am starting them out. We will continue to do Monitor Monday/Feedback Tuesday but I will try and remember (or anyone can for sure) to post a daily menu each day for anyone interested in some extra accountability/visibility with their menu choices.
For me today:
Breakfast: LC yogurt and hopefully some ham and cheese rolls.
Lunch: ?
Dinner: BBQ ribs, veggies
(Lots of blanks to get filled in)

I had an apricot-almond-kefir smoothie for breakfast, and a cappuccino.
Not sure about lunch (oops, its three minutes to one, I'd better choose something soon!)
Edit - I had Greek Salad, and the usual cappuccino (made with 1/4 cup of milk)
Dinner will be pork loin steaks (I've been brining them for a couple of days, so they're sort of DIY ham), with some vegetable - either spring greens or courgettes, not sure yet.
Edit - well, it ended up being celeriac with the pork. Then I had a bowl of apricots and raspberries with cream. And I forgot to mention the glass of wine with dinner :D.

I DO need to post my daily menus, and want to start back doing it here. Since I've tried just relying on my writing them, it's been alot easier to forget things! :o
So here's mine for today 6/22:
B= Scrambled eggs, strawberries
L= Green salad ("spring mix" and romaine), Hamburger (we're having a BBQ at work today) and probably some fruit for dessert
D= Meat loaf w/ green beans

Breakfast - 2 eggs mixed with a bit of cream; 3 slices turkey bacon; scone with butter
Lunch - leftover steak; large amount (2-3 cups?) mixed spring greens; cherry tomatoes (8?); marinated mushrooms
Supper will be pork chops my hubby cooked in the pressure cooker last night. Not sure of accompaniment. Will edit.

Holding my spot for later, I'll be back w/ info.
Great day wished to all!

Iced and hot tea and water throughout the day and water in the evening.
I'm trying to make my way back to good days in all ways. Decent day today, but can do better.

Kimberly, no vegies or fruit? You'll burn out your adrenals without some carbs.
