1) Slim-Fast LC RTD shake, chocolate, 2 hot tea's, 1 splenda
2) 4oz tuna, mayo, 1/2 boiled egg, dill pickle quarter, 2 hot teas
3) 3c ground turkey/veggie soup, tea, splenda, 1 1" square 77% dark chocolate (chocoluv), diet cherry Pepsi late in afternoon-way after lunch
4) 6oz salmon w/ dill and capers, 1/2T canola mayo, 1/2 LC tortilla, 1.5oz mozarella, 1/2T omega marg, 1/2T each cheddar cheese and bacon
5) 2oz cheddar cheese, 1oz bacon (after nap)

Water and supps down.

I"m just pooped tonight, have been all day, so a nap is soon in order. Without it I truly fear I would graze all night. Right now it's a good PP day.

B: protein shake w/mixed frozen berries
L: leftover chicken breast w/guacamole - probably get some raw veggie from the deli downstairs to round it out.
D: not sure - maybe turkey burgers or grilled teriyaki or BBQ chicken
planned snacks: Dove chocolate square, almonds.

B-protein shake & fresh raspberries
L-tuna cup (tuna, celery, tad of onion, mayo) & LC bagel
D-LC tortillas with cheese

B (before running) - protein shake (protein pdr, plain yogurt, soy milk, blueberries, raspberries)

S - HB egg

L - mixed spring greens, black olives, marinated mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, strips multi-coloured peppers, can salmon

Remainder of day - it's been mostly snacking, rather than a "real" meal - not a great thing, but not inspired enough to make one.

- piece almond/coconut bark
- piece cream cheese
- cup tea, black
- couple macademias
- small piece flax bread (flax seed, ground, eggs, oil, baking pdr, cream) I gave the rest to the dogs, and started cleaning out the cupboard of the crisp bread, etc., that I had put in there - enough of the wheat products (crispbread must have some in there, I'm sure)

Around 8:00 after my hubby came home, he BBQ'd steak, and I had a mixed greens salad with it.
