That's okay - the most important thing is that you get well soon . Besides, this gives me something to look forward to, right ?

(((Karole))) Just lay low and wait it out. I hope it's just a 24-hour bug.

Not really - it's Kate Chopin's The Awakening, I like it a lot but not very suitable for HIIT, I'm afraid .
I had no time in the morning, so after coming home I did 25 min of Low Impact Aerobic Training with Ada. I like it a lot, but even in low impact aerobic there is a bit too much of aerobic . I feel really tempted to change my routine this Sunday.

Trust me, the video police will not arrest you if you stop a workout before it's over . Just make sure to cool down for 3 minutes or so and then do some stretching if you stop the tape early .

Change is great! Well - that is if by "change" you don't mean dropping the day's exercise !

hello...I'd like to introduce myself...

My name is Amy and I'm a carb addict....who actually exercised tonight!!!!

5 min on the "Red" (ab workout)
20min basic cardio warmup/cooldown (this warm up is more like a basic weight workout)

considering I haven't done anything since....well, let's not bring up the past...considering I haven't done anything in awhile, I feel like I did a nice warmup workout for tonight, and tomorrow I work at the cat rescue which is always a big workout.
But Friday I'll do another cardio or strength workout.

It's nice to be back, let's hope I can stay this time...again!

Well, I have been pedalling fairly hard but getting nowhere fast on my exercise bike Doing 10 minutes a day at the moment, but previous winters have got me up to 20 minutes.

Yesterday the postman kindly brought me '15-minute Total Body Workout: Get Real Results Anytime, Anywhere, Four 15-minute Workouts on DVD' by Joan Pagano. I will watch the DVD later, and try to join in, but mainly to see what it is about.

Ammy, I love your signature about maintaining 117lbs as that is roughly the amount that I have to lose, and your success gives me yet more encouragement that it is possible.

Thank you Needlewoman.
It is possible!!

I screwed up in my last post. I don't have the cat rescue tonight, so I woke up and did am yoga. Only 10 mins but better than nothing, eh?

Still hoping to get back to the YMCA.

Did 15 min on the eliptical last night followed by some stretching. I'm heading to the gym right now to get my upper body w/o done before work!

I didn't go exercise last night because I felt like a truck ran over me. I felt better after I rested. I went to bed early, but I didn't sleep well. I think my body might be fighting something off. All that D3 I've been taking had better make it go away!

I'll be gone for a few days, but most of them will include a lot of walking. I'll be back at it on Monday!

Carol, I'm just sure I didn't send you my virus--- I still have it. Hope you feel better quickly especially since you are due to travel to Wisconsin. Take care !!

Ammy it is sooo good to have you back.....even if I am not doing any work outs at the moment. I will be back with you all as soon as I feel like doing it.
