late again-

protein 129
ecc 24
walk= 1.5 miles
did a 20-25 minutes wts and calisthenics with both upper and lower body.
the LB is definitely more demanding.
I am amazed at how little activity I have been doing since mid summer (we live in a beach resort and people like to vacation with us on the cheap even if they don't like us). oh well, back at it now.
